"Description provided by manufacturer says this wind guard is 19 inches in diameter when in fact, it is 24 inches in diameter. Most wind guard makers state the diameter of the fire bowl the wind guard is to be paired with, not the diameter of the wind guard itself. When I read that the wind guard diameter is 19 inches, I ordered it for my 16 inch diameter fire bowl. I had to return it as it was too big for my needs. Spotix was very prompt & courteous with free return & refund. I have no problem with the customer service received from Spotix, they were obviously unaware of the manufacturer's misleading description."
