How are returns and refunds handled for fire pits?
If you need to return your fire pit or components, our standard Firepits Direct return policy will guide the process. After we receive and approve your return, Affirm will be notified to adjust your loan balance or issue the appropriate refund. We recommend continuing your scheduled payments until you receive official confirmation that your Shop Pay account has been updated.
Can I settle my fire pit balance before the plan ends?
You are welcome to pay off your balance early at any time with no prepayment penalties or hidden fees. By settling your installment plan sooner, you may reduce the total interest paid on your high-end fire table or burner system. Simply log in to your account to make an extra payment whenever it suits your budget.
What types of payment are accepted for my plan?
To keep things simple, Shop Pay Installments requires a valid U.S. debit or credit card for all payment plans. Please be aware that prepaid cards cannot be used to set up or pay for your installments. Using a standard bank-linked card ensures your automatic payments are processed on time, every time.
Will checking my eligibility hurt my credit?
Checking your eligibility is a "soft" credit pull, so it will not hurt your credit score in any way. You can browse our collection and see your potential payment options with total peace of mind. Only if you choose a monthly plan and finalize the loan might Affirm report payment history to credit bureaus, but the initial check is completely safe.
