Product Description
The Fire by Design SHC2 High Capacity Dual-Pilot SUBEIS Submersible 24VAC Electronic Gas Fire Pit Ignition System provides a high quality component for use in a DIY fire pit project. The patented Submersible Electronic Ignition System (SUBEIS) features a reliable blend of technology and components to offer the first ever electronic ignition designed for use with fire on water surfaces. The 316 marine grade stainless steel control box safely houses the electronic components to withstand inclement weather as well as submersion. The unit operates on either 24 VAC or 30 VDC power to start the hot surface igniter, which ignite the pilot light. After the pilot is lit, the thermocouple senses the heat and transfers the electronic signal to open the main gas valve. NOTE: The power supply for this unit is not included and must be purchased separately if needed.
