"The instruction manual that came with this device was misleading in my opinion. Particularly the positioning of the electrical cord could have been made clearer. There were a couple of screws that were not milled properly. The heater gives only a modest amount of heat and is not very effective if there is a breeze. Most pertinently I live in Washington State where it rains quite a bit and nowhere in the instruction manual does it make it clear as to whether this implement can be used in the rain. When I called the company their customer service team was not certain but advised against using this in the rain. Although the electric heater looks good when deployed I would not advise buying this heater"
